"Excuse me, my kids have peanut allergies, can you tell me if the cakes are ok for them to eat please?"
"dunno mate, couldn't tell you"
Not good enough, if you're going to sell food to the public you need to know its allergens - that's the law. "Dunno mate" and no attempt to check is not acceptable

Walked in and 3 young girls and one young male all had their backs to us or on their phones and totally ignored us when my partner asked how to order , I asked and was given a menu and told to come back when ready to order. I ordered 2 x cheese & Onion toasties, 2 x cookies and 2 rounds of jam on toast & 5 drinks, we could not pay by card only cash. When the young male brought the cheese and onion toastie he said cheese and chutney I said we ordered cheese and onion and he said that's what we call it here! He then bought 2 x jam on toast so I said I ordered 2 cheese and onion toasties and asked for 2 rounds of jam on toast, he said I will have to go back and check, then came out and said it is upto you if you want the extra jam on toast if not you will have to pay an additional £4 something for another toastie with attitude so I just told him to leave it! So much for the customer is always right and the cookies were stale so no I would not recommend this place as the staff need serious training on manners or have a responsible adult in charge!

Terrible coffee and I see if not the first to comment on this. Get your staff some training on how to make coffee, and I can assure you scooping wrongly frothed milk with a desert spoon will not be part of the training.

Popped into Shoreline for some coffee & brunch, nothing to eat for a VEGAN, plus had to pay a milk surcharge of 80p for soya milk... No other cafés have charged a surcharge.

Lovely chilled atmosphere and dog friendly! We came in for lunch with our doggo on holiday and had great food. Coffee was piping hot, which we love and food was great quality and extremely tasty!

Stunning views, lovely food, bubbly and friendly team working there. We ordered a toastie and a sandwich (both very nice) we sat outside taking in the seaview watching the waves. We also enjoyed watching all the dogs chasing their balls on the beach. And so many sparrows about out the back. Such a pleasant peaceful place.

A genuinely splendid find. We passed this place yesterday so thought we would give it a try. Breakfast was our quest, and It was met with great aplomb. Very nicely decorated, and a rather splendid sea view. Now I did notice that alcohol is on sale here but hey.... We did breakfast so I can't really review that here... But just so u know... Its available. The place was fairly quiet but that's probably as its the off season, and also raining. The breakfast was superb, opted for the full monty of a bit of everything and it was very nice, fresh, hot, well presented and very very tasty. The staff were more than pleasant and the prices are very reasonable. There's also a nice outdoorsy bit which would be perfect for sitting overlooking the beach but as stated it was raining so none of that today thankyou. A great find and in the words of arnie. I'll be back
